Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to TitleCounsel. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website titlecounsel.pro and related services.

2. Scope of Services

TitleCounsel offers professional title verification and legal counseling for property transactions. Services include document review, due diligence and advisory support.

3. Digital Information Products

TitleCounsel may offer downloadable guides, checklists or training materials. Access to these products is granted upon successful payment and delivery occurs immediately.

4. Physical Goods

TitleCounsel may sell printed manuals or reference materials. Delivery is arranged to the address provided during purchase.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services, digital information products and physical goods must be paid in full prior to delivery. Payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If TitleCounsel has not yet commenced the agreed service, you may request a cancellation and payment credit will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Once work has begun or an appointment is confirmed, no credit will be granted. Exceptions may be made at TitleCounsel’s sole discretion.

6.2 Digital Information Products

All sales of digital information products are final. Due to the immediate nature of delivery, no credits or cancellations are available after download access has been provided.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon inspection and approval, a payment credit will be issued within 14 days for the returned merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Rescheduling of Services

Appointments for services may be rescheduled at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the service credit, at TitleCounsel’s discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

TitleCounsel’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant service, information product or good. Under no circumstances will TitleCounsel be liable for any indirect or incidental losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bern.
